These pieces will be heirlooms and my girl’s are starting their own collections. I get stopped everywhere I go. I was sitting having lunch at Nordstrom, three people stopped to ask about my jewelry and who doesn’t love a compliment? The new pieces for fall have me drooling, so Game of Thrones and rich, rich, rich! Talk about living the gold life!
I have just received the most wonderful booties from Rockport. The style and unbelievable comfort of these booties has me over the moon to think I can wear them all day and not have to worry about my feet killing me at the end of the day. And finally, as Texas has been my home for the past 21 years, and my daughter, That Blonde Rebel, is a new resident of Houston, I want to express all my love and prayers for everyone who is hurting so badly from Hurricane Harvey. We know how lucky we are. No damage here. My heart hurts and yet my faith in people has been restored by the many many people who came together to save lives. I have never been so proud of the Texas people and I am very proud to be a Texan. I wish to thank everyone who has helped, prayed, donated, texted, offered to help my daughter, called to see how I was doing and just sent so much love to my family and our state. It won’t be fast, it won’t be easy but we will come back.
